About Me

I’ve spent over 20 years working in physical therapy, including 15 years in leadership and management. Throughout my career I’ve worked across outpatient clinics and hospital settings, helping people from all walks of life recover, rebuild, and return to the things they love most.

That same perspective now shapes the way I approach my own family life. As the parent of two kids deeply involved in youth sports, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges, pressures, and incredible growth that come with being part of today’s youth athletic world. I’ve been on the sidelines as both a parent and a coach, learning how to encourage resilience, teamwork, and confidence—lessons that extend far beyond the playing field.

What ties my worlds together is a love of storytelling and teaching. Whether it’s explaining complex rehab concepts in a way that empowers patients, guiding young athletes as they grow, or crafting stories that spark imagination and life lessons for kids, I’ve always believed in the power of words and experiences to inspire change.

My work today blends that background in healthcare, sports, and parenting with a passion for creativity. I write, coach, and create with the goal of helping families, kids, and readers navigate their own journeys—whether that’s through movement, stories, or finding perspective in the middle of life’s challenges.
